I visited Bottles & Chimney in Norcross, GA, and the establishment delivered an impressive dining experience marked by precision and attention to detail. The cocktails were expertly crafted—well-balanced, properly chilled, and blended with technical accuracy. Each component complemented the other without overpowering the palate, reflecting a strong understanding of mixology fundamentals and flavor harmony. The grilled salmon stood out as a highlight of the evening. Cooked with commendable control, the salmon achieved an ideal texture—tender, moist, and evenly charred without any signs of overcooking. The seasoning was proportionate, enhancing the natural sweetness of the seafood rather than masking it. Presentation was executed with finesse, demonstrating thoughtful plating and visual appeal that elevated the overall dish. Hookah was terrific because it lasted really long and the service for changing the coal was on the spot. They never let the coal be there until it turned out to be ashes like the other hookah lounges. Overall, Bottles & Chimney exhibits solid culinary standards, careful execution, and a refined approach to both beverage and kitchen operations. A well-managed establishment delivering quality with consistency.

The beef koobideh was incredible. It was juicy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. Tender texture, great char, and melts in your mouth. Highly recommend.
